"Talk it Up. Lock it Up." is an annual initiative, in partnership with the Chapel-Hill Carrboro City School, designed to provide educational resources to parents that encourage them to talk to their children about the dangers of underage drinking and drug use. In addition, it provides information about why it is important for adults to secure their alcohol and other drugs do reduce access to substances.
